The Conference Room at the Visitor Center offers meeting space for your business or personal needs. The room has been used to host graduation celebrations, birthday parties, receptions, luncheons, baby or bridal showers, training or safety meetings and so much more!
Room rental includes tables (round or 6 feet length), and chairs as well as a break-room with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and Wi-Fi. Parking is easily accessible. The room is available to rent with a four hour minimum charge of $50. If you would like an all-day rental, the charge is $75. Audio Visual equipment not included.
Conference Room dimensions are approximately 25' x 27'. Seating for up to 75, depending on room arrangement.
The only requirement is that you leave it the way you found it.
