Games & Activities

Geocaching is a world-wide game of searching for hidden treasures by using the Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinates that are posted on the Internet. Millions of geocaches can be found throughout the world, in the bottom of the ocean and even on the International Space Station. Ozona has several geocaches and now there is one in our Interpretive Trail located right across the parking lot from the Ozona Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center.

If you are interested in this sport and would like to visit this new cache, it is called "What's the Interpretation?" and is located at these coordinates:

N 30° 42.297 W 101° 12.041

This cache is ADA compliant and open to the public.

Located in a native plant interpretive trail, this cache is hidden in plain sight. You should stay on the path and watch, as always, for insects, snakes and other critters. Only a few yards from paved parking area. You will be looking for a small door.

We invite you to stop by and find our treasure!

For more information about this cache, you can visit the cache link or visit www.geocaching.com

It's fun and it's FREE!
